I grew up across many continents, immersed in diverse cultures and traditions. Much of my childhood was spent in Japan, followed by formative years in Bali, Scandinavia, and Southern California. From an early age, I noticed that regardless of background or belief, people everywhere seek the same things — connection, peace, healing, and a sense of belonging.

As a deeply sensitive child, I was naturally attuned to emotions, environments, and subtle energies. What once felt overwhelming eventually revealed itself as a gift, shaping my ability to hold space with compassion, intuition, and clarity.

A challenging chapter in my life led me to Reiki. During my first session, I experienced the grounding, connection, and inner peace I had seen so many searching for, inspiring my path as a practitioner. Today, I help others reconnect with balance, calm, and deeper self-awareness.
